1. Delivery Coverage

2. Shipping Method

All orders are delivered using professional refrigerated (cold-chain) transportation to help maintain product quality during transit.

While we take every precaution to ensure proper temperature control, slight softening during delivery may occur due to external conditions such as weather or traffic. This does not affect product safety or quality.

3. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are arranged by our logistics partner
  • Delivery time is not fixed and depends on route planning
  • Same-day delivery time cannot be guaranteed

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be provided.

4. Receiving Your Order

To ensure the food remains in optimal condition, we strongly recommend having someone available to receive the order during the delivery window.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, please take note of the following:

If the package can only be left in a sun-exposed area or is expected to remain outdoors for more than 4 hours, we strongly recommend arranging delivery only when someone is available to receive it.

If the customer is unable to receive the delivery on the same day or does not meet the conditions for receiving the order, they may inform the courier and contact our customer service team to arrange re-delivery on the following day or schedule a more suitable delivery time.

If the customer is able to return home within 2–3 hours, the courier may leave the package at a safe location.

When placed indoors in an air-conditioned environment, the food can remain in good condition for up to 4 hours.

Please note that any temperature changes after delivery are beyond our control.

Upon receiving the food, please transfer it to the freezer immediately to maintain freshness and quality.

5. Failed Delivery / Re-delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • No recipient available
  • Unreachable contact number

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

6. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of frozen and perishable food, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped, except in cases of:

  • Wrong item sent
  • Product damaged during transit

All claims must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the order.

7. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and order size.
