Boiling

Option 1 -

Boiling(Boil-in-Bag)Recommend

• No defrosting required.
• Place sealed pack in boiling water.
• Cook on high heat for 10 minutes.

Microwave

Option 2-

Microwave

• No defrosting required.

• Rinse pack under water to loosen, open and pour onto a microwave-safe plate.

• Heat on high for 4 minutes.

Steam

• No defrosting required.
• Steam for 10 minutes.

Cooked

Option 4 -

Cooked

•Defrost before cooking.
•Pan-fry over low heat for 15 minutes.
•Optional: add a small amount of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
